We desire to create a strong point of difference in our salons by tightening the
guest service experience. Following are a list of things you should experience
in our locations:

1. We are going to ensure that we pre-book your next appointment before you leave.
2. Upon entering the salon, you will be greeted by our guest relations team and offered water, coffee or Aveda Comforting Tea.
3. You will be escorted into a changing room to change into a smock prior to your service.
4. Your stylist will perform a thorough dry hair consultation.
5. A portfolio will be used during the consultation to confirm the desired look.
6. Your stylist will conduct a stress relieving treatment—a 3-5 minute scalp and shoulder massage. This is your time to relax!
7. You are then escorted to the shampoo area for a relaxing shampoo and conditioning treatment.
8. After the shampoo your hair is cut and finished. When the stylist has completed 90% of the finish, they will teach you how to complete it. At the same time, they will introduce the products they used to finish your hair.
9. Your stylist will then conduct a quick makeup touch up which is designed to brush off the hair and complete the highly fashionable look.
10. Next you will be escorted to the product shelves with a basket where the stylist will review the products and tools they used so that you will be able to duplicate your look at home.
11. The stylist then lets you and the guest relations team know, how many weeks from now they will need you to return in order to maintain your look.
12. The guest relations team will then make your next reservation.
